                   main menu and select deathmatch. Choose any
                   level or car and begin at the bonus level you
                   entered.

                   Square, Square, Square, Left, Left: Warehouse
                   Up, Up, Up, Left, Left: Demo Level

No need to keep fiddling with options:

                   Return to the main menu and set up your options
                   and other game settings to what you use most
                   often. Then begin a game. Before the game begins,
